1. What is IAPA's background?
IAPA has been representing airline passengers, and providing services for frequent flyers since 1960. We've evolved over time, but still retain our core values of standing up for the passenger, and negotiating the best possible prices for services of interest to travelers.

2. How do I comment on your IAPA Blogs?
You need to be logged in to add a comment to our blogs, but then you can simply click on "Add comment" at the bottom of the article concerned. We welcome our members' views on all matters.

3. I have read an offensive message from an IAPA member on one of your blogs. Can it be removed?
Yes, you can report this to us. There is a link at the end of each comment on the blog which you can click on to advise us of your concerns.

4. How do I get my International SIM card?
All IAPA members are entitled to a free international SIM card. If you tick the box for this when joining, then it is sent to you with your membership card and kit. If you do not take up the offer when joining, but decide to take it up later, you can order your SIM card through the link on this page.

5. My personal details have changed - how do I let you know my new details?
If you have moved house or any of your other details have changed, then you can update your details through the My Account page (you will need to be logged-ion to this site to go to My Account), or alternatively call us and we will change them for you.

6. I can't see the flight schedules search screen.
You need to be logged-in to search out flight schedules database. Once you have logged in, just go to the Flight Schedules page

7. Can I set up alerts for myself to advise me on flight delays?
You can do this if you are logged-in. Simply go to the Flight Status page and look up the flight you are interested in. Just click on the red arrow on the right-hand side to set up the email alert for yourself (or for anyone else).

8. Why can't I see the security advice that you offer through red24?
You need to login to this website first to access red24 OnLine. Once you have logged-in, go to the red 24 page. From here you can click through to red24 OnLine, and your IAPA membership ensures that you are automatically logged in to the members' section of the red24 website with full access to the information you need.
