1. How do I know what insurance cover I have through IAPA?
When you join IAPA, you will be sent a membership kit with full documentation of any insurance policies that are included in your membership.
2. Am I able to upgrade the level of cover within my insurance?
You can get increased levels of cover for some of the policies we offer. You can contact our membership services team to find out more.
3. What do I do if I need to make a claim on my insurance?
Full details of what to do in this event will be sent to you in your membership kit. You can also call our membership services team for more information.
4. I applied for one of your insurance policies but received a message saying I am not eligible. What does this mean?
As a global organization, we develop carefully-tailored insurance policies for each region of the world. This means that eligibility for our policies depends on where you live. Your age can also be a factor, as some of our policies have an upper and/or a lower age limit.
