The following rate terms and conditions apply to all bookings
Rates require a twenty-four (24) hour advance reservation.

Seasonal surcharges may apply.

Availability may be limited. If the reserved car category is not available at the time of rental, National will provide a vehicle in a similar or higher category at no additional charge.

The minimum rental age at most U.S. and Canada locations is 25.

The Rates do not include taxes, governmentally imposed or authorized surcharges, license recoupment fees, airport fees, concession recoupment fees, service charges and vehicle license fees. The Rates do not include additional driver fees, optional insurance products, refueling service charges, optional upgrades, underage driver's fees, infant seats or other charges. On rentals where a drop-off charge applies, National shall notify Organization's member or employee of the drop-off charge at the time of reservation or at the time of rental. Payment for each of these items shall be the sole responsibility of the renter.

Weekly rates require a five (5) day minimum rental or higher daily rates will apply.

The rates shall apply to personal as well as business rentals of the renter.

Discounts do not apply to pre-paid bookings.
